Features

Enables a "Dynamic Regrouping" talkgroup for a Trunking Personality / channel that references the current Trunking System. When enabled, a Zone and Channel must be selected, and in that Zone and Channel, the Trunking Talkgroup must be set to DYN (Dynamic Regrouping).
